Coregas, a Nippon Sanso Holdings company, is seeking a Workplace Relations Specialist to own ER matters across Coregas, Supagas, and Welding divisions. You will support HR Generalists and leaders with specialist advice, high‑quality documentation, and process improvements while handling complex ER cases and stakeholder communication.

You’ll operate under the Head of People with some travel between Yennora and Liverpool and occasional interstate travel for F2F meetings.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years’ experience in employment relations specialist advisory, case management, and ideally some IR experience or exposure (e.g. union relations, enterprise bargaining)
• Strong working knowledge of Fair Work Act, NES and Modern Awards
• Demonstrated capability running complex ER casework with procedural fairness, policy alignment, risk‑assessed approaches and strong, legally defensible documentation

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end‑to‑end resolution of ER matters including performance, misconduct, investigations, grievances and disciplinary procedures
• Provide specialist employment advice on FW Act, NES, Awards, Enterprise Agreements and policies
• Support HR Generalists and leaders with workplace relations coaching and documentation
• Identify risks and trends, escalate as needed and develop learning resources across business units
