Job summary

Pure Storage Inc. seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to lead growth across Australia’s Mining and Resources sector, selling data management and storage infrastructure solutions to top mining organisations. You will drive long-term growth, develop multi-year account strategies, and address complex data challenges across environments.

Responsibilities include strategic account ownership, industry leadership, and strong executive engagement to deliver value and ROI in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development.
• Proven experience selling to the Mining and/or Energy industry with understanding of large enterprise customers.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and large strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year account plans (3–5 years) for mining accounts.
• Identify and progress opportunities within net-new mining accounts and meet or exceed targets.
• Lead opportunity identification, qualification, pipeline management and forecasting for the territory.
• Build understanding of mining industry challenges, IT/OT convergence, safety, and regulatory needs.
• Communicate value and ROI through executive-level presentations and business cases.
