Glencore Mount Isa Mines is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the General Manager. You will manage calendars, travel, and meetings, coordinate reports and communications, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, handle confidential information with discretion, and help drive efficiency across the leadership team while maintaining a professional, safety‑minded culture.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior leaders in corporate, industrial, or operational environments.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and document preparation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the General Manager, including diary, travel and meeting management.
• Act as a key point of contact, building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate reports, presentations, correspondence and business documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Support the planning and delivery of meetings, workshops and leadership activities.
• Anticipate business needs and identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and team effectiveness.
