Job summary

Glencore Mount Isa Mines is seeking a Coordinator – Mobile Maintenance to oversee maintenance planning and ensure safe, efficient execution across the Zinc Maintenance & Reliability teams. You will coordinate work management processes, equipment and service requests, and collaborate with contractors and internal stakeholders.

You will join a team operating on a 5:2, 4:3 roster with 9-hour days, contributing to continuous improvement and safe operations in a dynamic mining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance coordination, scheduling, planning support, or admin role in industrial/mining environments.
• Manual Australian Driver's Licence.
• HRW Forklift Licence desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP, Ellipse, K2, BSAFE experience highly regarded.
• Strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mobile equipment requests through the K2 Platform to support maintenance activities.
• Coordinate scaffold service requests and ensure timely delivery of requirements using the K2 Platform.
• Manage and monitor maintenance schedules, priorities, and Outlook calendars.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and support work management data entry and analysis.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on equipment availability and maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with workshops to address maintenance issues and support operational outcomes.
• Assist with workforce planning, including leave management and rostered day-off coverage.
