Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the leadership team. This position requires a highly organised, proactive and confident professional who enjoys managing competing priorities, building strong stakeholder relationships and providing exceptional executive support. You will be a trusted advisor, coordinator and communicator, helping to create an environment where leaders and teams can perform at their best.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience supporting senior leaders within a fast‑paced corporate, industrial or operational environment. You will be recognised for your exceptional organisational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and talent for building trusted relationships at all levels of an organisation. A collaborative approach, strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism are essential, along with the confidence to work independently and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential matters.
