Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership to Regional Managers and strengthen the region-based model.
• Strengthen principal capability, accountability and succession planning.
• Lead Early Years Services in alignment with CESA priorities and reforms.
• Provide strategic advice on school and system performance, learning and wellbeing.
• Lead high-performing teams and system-wide improvement initiatives.
