Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an Educational Leader to join our Adelaide team as Senior Educator. You will collaborate with educators to observe, review and enhance programs, guiding EYLF application and leading transformative improvements.

You will work with centre leadership to champion excellence in educational practice, ensuring high-quality learning experiences for children and ongoing professional growth for staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education.
• Current SA Working with Children Check.
• ACECQA approved equivalent or Bachelor of Education preferred.
• Experience leading educational programs and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead change and champion excellence in educational practice.
• Observe, review, and enhance educational programs for children.
• Guide application of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Collaborate with centre leadership to implement transformative changes.
