Job summary

The Premier's Department NSW is seeking a Director, Organisation Development and Wellbeing to lead the design and delivery of an integrated OD function across performance, culture, talent management and wellbeing. You will shape employee experience across the lifecycle for the Department and The Cabinet Office, reporting to Executive Directors, People, Culture & Talent.

You will guide a small team, translate priorities into actionable programs, and use contemporary frameworks to drive progress

Qualifications

• Strong track record designing, coordinating and evaluating contemporary organisation development frameworks.
• Clear communication with influence in fast-paced environments.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams and succession planning.
• Strategic stakeholder engagement across directorate and government partners.
• Experience designing programs across leadership, wellbeing, culture and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and alignment of an integrated organisation development function across performance, culture, talent management and wellbeing.
• Translate priorities into forward-looking initiatives and manage a small team.
• Shape employee experience throughout the lifecycle for the Premier’s Department and The Cabinet Office.
• Apply contemporary frameworks to address workplace challenges with agility.
