Job summary

NSW Ministry of Health in Sydney is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor (Organisational Development) to lead workforce and leadership development initiatives across the NSW Health system.

Based in Sydney with flexible work arrangements, you will partner with stakeholders to align talent programs with the NSW Health Talent Strategy 2022-2032, delivering governance for training frameworks and capability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, implementing and evaluating talent development initiatives within a complex organisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience using workforce data and evidence-based approaches to inform decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver outcomes within timeframes.
• Knowledge of talent management, succession planning and leadership development practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver talent and organisational development programs supporting NSW Health's workforce and leadership priorities.
• Work with stakeholders across NSW Health to identify workforce needs and provide practical talent management advice.
• Review workforce capability and build skills, support career development and retention.
• Lead talent review, succession planning and leadership development activities.
• Support organisational change initiatives through stakeholder engagement, workshops, communication, and change management.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify workforce trends and evaluate programs.
