Job summary

New South Wales Premier's Department is seeking a Director, Organisation Development and Wellbeing to lead an integrated OD function across performance, culture and wellbeing. Based in Sydney with flexible working options, you will report to the Executive Directors of PC&T and shape the employee experience across the Premier's Department and The Cabinet Office.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in organisation development frameworks that deliver outcomes (fit for purpose).
• Clear, influential communication and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience building and guiding high-performing, engaged teams.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and shape strategies and programs.
• Extensive experience designing leadership, performance, wellbeing, culture and engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and alignment of an integrated organisation development function across performance, culture, talent management and wellbeing.
• Translate priorities into forward-looking initiatives and manage delivery.
• Lead a small team and respond quickly to emerging challenges.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to shape and implement strategies across the organisation.
