Avomind is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen distributor partnerships and develop new commercial opportunities in Australia. You will drive business development in the Australian market, working with distribution partners and the international team to build sales channels and support product adoption.

Successful candidates will have several years of experience in diabetes care sales or BD, knowledge of insulin pumps/CGMs, and the ability to translate technical

Qualificações

• Multiple years of experience in business development, sales or marketing within diabetes care or medical devices.
• Experience with insulin pumps and/or CGMs is strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate technical product information into clear commercial value.
• Independent, proactive approach and comfort in developing markets.
• Fluent English.
• Based in Australia, ideally Sydney, with travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a business development plan for Australia.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing distribution partners.
• Identify and develop new distributors, customers and sales channels.
• Collaborate with distributors to set commercial objectives and monitor performance.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and KOLs in diabetes care.
• Support partners with product positioning and sales activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address partner requirements.
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings.
