Job summary

Versuni seeks a Demand Planner to join our fast-paced Supply Chain team in North Ryde, Sydney. You will shape demand plans for our home appliance brands, working with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure availability and optimal inventory across the Australian market.

You’ll validate forecasts, manage weekly SAP IBP inputs, and collaborate cross-functionally to minimize disruptions and improve forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field and strong analytical skills.
• 5–8 years of experience in Demand Planning and Supply Chain operations (essential).
• Experience in fast-paced environments is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and IBP systems (essential).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly planning processes and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Validate forecasts using statistical tools and retail insights.
• Ensure on-time, in-full delivery by coordinating with Supply and Shipping teams.
• Identify short-term demand fluctuations and mitigate risks.
• Improve forecast accuracy by analyzing account-level variances with Sales.
• Maintain weekly SAP IBP demand plans and reconcile inventory replenishment.
