Job summary

Airco Brands in Australia is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will drive forecast accuracy, inventory optimisation and operational performance across our diverse product portfolio.

You will partner with Sales, Product Management, Customer Service, Operations and Logistics to lead demand planning, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver data-driven recommendations to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain planning.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales history, market trends and demand fluctuations to forecast accurately.
• Maintain and upload forecasts within SAP and perform MRP analysis.
• Monitor forecast variances and identify significant changes in demand.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Product teams to manage stock.
• Lead S&OP processes and present recommendations to management.
• Drive stock optimisation and reduce stock-outs and excess inventory.
