Job summary

Bulla Dairy Foods is seeking a skilled Supply Planner to manage forecasting and production plans across a 13-week to 24-month horizon. You will collaborate with Demand Planning, Sales, Production, Operations and Finance to balance supply with demand and optimise capacity.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, ERP system usage, and continuous improvement within a dynamic FMCG manufacturing environment in Victoria. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in supply planning, production planning or master scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and scheduling systems.
• Experience leading S&OP and capacity planning.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short, medium and long-term supply plans across inventory, customer service, capacity and working-capital objectives.
• Own tactical and strategic production plans across a rolling 13-week to 24-month horizon.
• Balance supply and demand by identifying constraints, risks and opportunities, coordinating cross-functional responses.
• Lead input into the monthly S&OP process, including capacity planning and scenario analysis.
• Translate complex planning information into clear recommendations, reports and business cases.
