Job summary

Visy seeks a Customer Demand Planner to join the Glass Planning team in Melbourne. You will forecast demand for a portfolio of ~200 SKUs across four plants and five distribution centres, collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Planning to improve forecast accuracy and inventory control.

In addition to driving IBP/S&OP processes, you will monitor forecast bias and stock aging, seek continuous improvements, and help Visy optimize service levels and costs while supporting integration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field and experience in demand planning.
• Experience forecasting in FMCG environments with cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts across short- and long-term horizons.
• Collaborate with customers and Sales to align forecasts using data and market insights.
• Lead demand reviews and contribute to IBP/S&OP and weekly planning processes.
• Identify demand risks and supply gaps, recommending balanced solutions.
