Job summary

Westpac Group is seeking a Delivery Planning & Performance Lead to orchestrate planning, governance and delivery across the organisation. You will lead enterprise planning cycles, coordinate governance forums and manage dependencies, risks and challenges to drive visible, well-governed outcomes.

You'll produce insightful reporting, leverage Planview, Jira and Power BI, and push continuous improvement through automation and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

Experience supporting portfolio planning, governance, PMO or delivery management activities in a complex environment.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across multiple teams.
Experience using portfolio, reporting or delivery management tools such as Planview, Jira or Power BI.
Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for simplification through technology and automation.
Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI, and how they can enhance planning and delivery effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise planning cycles across the organisation and coordinate governance forums.
