Westpac is seeking a Delivery Planning & Performance Lead to plan, coordinate and deliver strategic initiatives across the bank. You will lead enterprise planning cycles, coordinate governance, manage dependencies and risks, and provide reporting to support decision-making.

As a Delivery Planning & Performance Lead, you'll play a key role in helping Westpac plan, coordinate and deliver strategic initiatives across the organisation.
Working across multiple business and delivery teams, you'll bring people together to ensure planning activities run smoothly, priorities stay aligned, and delivery outcomes are visible and well managed. You'll lead enterprise planning cycles, coordinate governance forums, and help teams navigate dependencies, risks and challenges that can impact delivery.
You'll also be responsible for producing meaningful reporting and insights that support decision-making, while identifying opportunities to improve how planning and governance processes operate across the bank. Working with tools such as Planview, Jira and Power BI, you'll help create a more connected and efficient planning environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex programs of work, building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving continuous improvement through technology, automation and emerging AI capabilities.
