Job summary

Westpac is seeking a Delivery Planning & Performance Lead to plan, coordinate and deliver strategic initiatives across the bank. You will lead enterprise planning cycles, coordinate governance, manage dependencies and risks, and provide reporting to support decision-making.

The role emphasizes building strong stakeholder relationships, driving continuous improvement through technology, automation and AI capabilities, and creating an efficient planning environment across multiple delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting portfolio planning, governance, PMO or delivery management activities in a complex environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and coordinate across multiple teams.
• Experience using portfolio, reporting or delivery management tools such as Planview, Jira or Power BI.
• A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for simplifying processes through technology and automation.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI, and how they can enhance planning and delivery effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise planning cycles and coordinate governance forums.
• Help teams navigate dependencies, risks and challenges that impact delivery.
• Produce meaningful reporting and insights to support decision-making.
