Job summary

Raytheon Australia in Henderson, WA is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support our defence sustainment program. You will coordinate meetings, manage event calendars, and provide cross-functional support to major business partners in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will analyze data, prepare briefs, and ensure compliance with security and process standards, while collaborating with teams to deliver reliable services.

Qualifications

• Ideally 4+ years in a coordinating role within a project-driven, tech environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and team collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn new software and automate processes.
• Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team meetings and prepare briefing packs, reports, and key decisions.
• Manage calendars for events across projects and track milestones.
• Provide support to Defence Contracts, Finance, Global Trade, and Data Management functions.
• Deliver high-quality administrative support in line with security requirements.
• Ensure alignment of activities with program data management and approvals.
