Job summary

Raytheon Australia is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Business Support Team in Henderson, WA. You will support frontline teams and customers, coordinating meetings, calendars and documentation while delivering reliable services for our defence sustainment program.

You will work closely with team leaders and peers to understand capability needs, provide functional support to program operations, and maintain program data integrity in line with policy and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience coordinating in a project-driven tech environment.
• Experience in Defence industry or military sustainment is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and deliver on time with accuracy.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain Negative Vetting 1 security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team meetings and prepare briefing packs, presentations, reports and project correspondence.
• Manage the calendar of events across projects, coordinating people, movements, deadlines and milestones.
• Provide dedicated support to Defence Contracts, Finance, Global Trade, Supplier Management or Data Management functions.
• Deliver high-level, confidential administrative support aligned with company policies and security requirements.
• Ensure activities align with program data management and approval processes.
