Qualifications

• Ideally 4+ years of coordinating experience in a project-driven environment.
• Proven ability to work in a high-tempo setting and deliver on time with accuracy.
• Strong customer service orientation and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn additional software (e.g., process automation).
• Ability to analyse and disseminate data in reports (Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team meetings and prepare briefing packs, presentations, reports, and key decisions/action records.
• Manage the calendar across multiple projects, coordinating people, movements, deadlines and milestones.
• Support one or more business partners and teams in areas such as Defence Contracts, Finance, Global Trade, Supplier Management or Data Management.
• Provide high-level, confidential administrative support compliant with company policies and security requirements.
• Ensure activities align with program data management and approval processes.
