Tardis Group is seeking a Senior Account Manager in Canberra with a strong Defence, Government and SATCOM focus. You will own business development across Defence, IT and SATCOM sectors and manage key accounts.

You will build trusted relationships with Defence and Government stakeholders, develop pipelines and capture strategies, and translate customer requirements into commercial opportunities with our technical teams.

Qualifications

Experience in defence/government sales or account management.
Strong network across Defence and Government sectors.
Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex proposals.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with growth objectives.
Identify opportunities across Australian Defence, Commonwealth Government and SATCOM markets.
Build and maintain relationships with Defence, Government, primes and partners.
Develop sales pipelines, account plans and capture strategies.
Monitor defence procurement activity, tenders and EOIs; respond where appropriate.
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape customer solutions.
Represent the company at industry events and maintain CRM forecasts.
