Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management experience within Defence or complex government programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across Defence, industry, research organisations, and international partners.
• Excellent communication, briefing, and presentation skills for senior decision-makers.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, manage competing priorities, deliver outcomes in dynamic environments.
• Strong planning, governance, risk management, and organisational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead capability development activities supporting government submissions over the coming years.
• Coordinate technical risk reduction initiatives and engagement with Defence innovation agencies.
• Develop strategies to enhance Australian industry participation in future SATCOM programs.
• Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery in a complex stakeholder environment.
• Ensure delivery of outcomes through proactive governance and risk management.
