Job summary

Reo Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Data & Analytics to lead a high-impact data function in a market-leading lending business. You will transform complex datasets into strategic insights that drive growth, profitability, and customer outcomes.

In this role you will mentor a team of analysts and BI professionals, own enterprise reporting and self-service dashboards, and partner with executives to shape data-driven strategy across Sales, Credit Risk, Product, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of Data & Analytics, BI and Commercial Analytics teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management with executive influence.
• Strong experience with large datasets and data visualization tools.
• Track record of delivering insights that improve business performance.
• Experience in financial services, lending, banking or mortgage.
• Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing Data & Analytics team.
• Own enterprise reporting, dashboards, data models and self-service BI.
• Deliver strategic insights across sales, distribution, broker performance, product, credit risk, customer outcomes and profitability.
• Partner with executive leaders to identify growth opportunities and drive performance.
• Champion data-led decision making across the organisation.
• Act as SME for analytics across initiatives and transformation programs.
• Drive continuous improvement in data quality, governance, reporting capability and maturity.
