REA Group is seeking a Principal Product Manager (Data Platform) to own and evolve the data platform, enabling data literacy and a data-as-product mindset across the business. You will lead the platform’s strategy, align with data strategy, and solve complex problems at the intersection of technology, data, product, design and business.

You will build scalable, reusable capabilities, drive platform adoption, and partner with engineering, architecture and stakeholders to deliver measurable

• Significant experience in senior product management or strategic product leadership.
• Proven ability to lead complex technology or data platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data products and data mesh concepts.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, data and business stakeholders in agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate a compelling vision and roadmap for REA’s Data Platform aligned to strategy.
• Translate priorities into outcomes and investment choices across build/buy/partner.
• Lead the direction for REA’s data platform built on Google Cloud Platform.
• Shape capabilities to improve scalability, reliability, security and usability.
• Drive adoption of data mesh and self-service capabilities across REA.
• Prioritise opportunities and partner with engineering, data and product teams to deliver measurable impact.
