Job summary

Reo Group is seeking a senior commercial leader to own the ANZ enterprise accounts strategy and revenue performance. You will lead commercial planning, pricing governance, and complex rebate agreements while guiding an analytics team to drive data-driven decision making.

• Senior commercial finance experience in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience leading a cross-functional analytics team and building financial models.

Responsibilities

• Lead ANZ Enterprise Accounts commercial strategy and annual operating plan across multiple units.
• Manage complex rebate and pricing agreements, KPIs, tracking and reporting.
• Own contract and performance reporting for the largest strategic customer accounts.
• Build ROI analysis and scenario testing to support pricing offers and business cases.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and data flows for reporting.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of 3 Analysts.
