Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Customer Success Manager to proactively drive product adoption across our existing client base in a hybrid Sydney-area role. You will onboard customers, upsell and cross-sell, advocate for the customer, and communicate value of the Datadog platform.

You’ll partner with sales, manage relationships, guide growth opportunities, and collaborate with Support, Product, Finance, and Legal to ensure renewals and higher adoption.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a customer account facing role.
• Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail.
• Motivated by building long-term relationships.
• Experience negotiating contract terms and overcoming pricing objections without direct guidance for up-sell and cross sell activities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding experience.
• Proactively build relationships with customers to create mutual trust.
• Carry-out the full-sales cycle for growth opportunities in existing accounts.
• Advise customers to ensure they’re leveraging the Datadog solution effectively.
• Monitor usage trends to uncover renewal risks and promote greater adoption rates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Product, Finance, and Legal.
