Job summary

Cubic Transportation Systems is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Customer Success Operations. You will own and execute complex programs, design scalable processes, and drive cross-functional alignment across Global Tech Ops, Financial Services, Data Analytics and Business Operations.

The role emphasizes governance, reporting quality, and enabling the CS organization, with a focus on measurable outcomes and autonomous leadership in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of program management, operations, or service delivery in complex organizations.
• Ability to independently manage cross-functional programs end-to-end.
• Experience designing operational processes, governance, and reporting at scale.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices or similar frameworks.
• Proficient in program tracking tools and productivity suites.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of a portfolio of complex operational programs with independence.
• Lead cross-functional programs across functions, regions, or workstreams.
• Design and improve core operational processes, playbooks, SOPs, and governance.
• Produce high-quality reporting, MOR materials, and governance inputs.
• Build trusted relationships with Global Tech Ops, Financial Services, Data Analytics, and Business Operations.
• Lead onboarding materials, training content, and enablement for CS roles.
• Prepare customer-facing reporting and support executive briefings.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, IT

10+ years' experience in program management

Independent, cross-functional program leadership

ITIL or service delivery framework knowledge

Proficient in Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, PM tools

Strong written and verbal communication
