• Proven experience in delivering Conversion Rate Optimisation for ecommerce and non-ecommerce businesses.
• Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research tactics.
• Ability to translate data into actionable testing hypotheses and strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
