Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years leading the E-Commerce/Digital of a growing B2C or D2C discretionary products business.
• Strong strategic and tactical communication across internal levels and external partners.
• Proficient with analytics tools and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Marketing team and oversee all digital marketing offerings including Strategy, Data Analytics, Paid Media, SEO, Content, Social, Marketing Automation, Affiliate partnerships, Personalisation, and CRO.
• Lead the marketing calendar with fresh ideas and support for the marketing team to execute.
• Drive and own internal and external meetings with structured briefing processes and professional presentations.
• Ensure accountability and high standards, driving improvement from the team, suppliers, and agencies.
• Make sound, data-driven decisions using analytics tools.
• Deliver maximum ROI for the business.
• Foster and deliver strategic initiatives to drive differentiation, innovation and growth.
