Qualifications

• Ability to attract new business opportunities and relationship management are a must-have.
• Mortgage lending knowledge is highly regarded and you’ll use it to grow mortgage growth.
• Experience presenting to senior executive levels (CEO, CFO, Head of HR/Benefits).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain corporate partnerships to drive customer acquisition and growth.
• Coach bankers and facilitate ongoing corporate partnership engagement across the business.
• Identify new partner opportunities through proactive networking.
