Westpac is seeking a Corporate Partner Manager to build and manage strategic corporate partnerships, driving 1st party mortgage growth and a holistic value proposition for employees and members.

You will coach bankers, engage senior executives, and collaborate across the business to convert opportunities into measurable results. Flexibility and relationship management are key.

Qualifications

• Ability to attract new business opportunities and relationship management are a must-have.
• Mortgage lending knowledge is highly regarded and you’ll use it to grow mortgage growth.
• Experience presenting to senior executive levels (CEO, CFO, Head of HR/Benefits).

Job description

As our Corporate Partner Manager, you will be Working closely with the National Lead, Corporate Partners. You will forge new relationships and business as you develop, acquire, and maintain partnerships to achieve customer acquisition and business growth.This role is expected to be hands on, working with teams across the business to coach bankers and facilitate ongoing corporate partnership engagement.

You’ll be playing a critical role in achieving Westpac Group’s purpose to create better futures together through your business development and relationship management within Consumer and Business Banking. You’ll onboard and manage strategic corporate partnerships to drive 1st party acquisition in mortgage growth with a holistic value proposition through employees and members of our partners.

What do I need?

A proactive approach to your own and subscribed business networking activities to identify new partner opportunities will be important. You will be tasked with building strong relationships as a trusted partner whilst strengthening your connection with our internal stakeholders.

• Ability to attract new business opportunities andrelationship managementare a must-have.
• Customer centric & Mortgage Lending knowledge is highly regarded - You’ll be using those to grow our 1st Party Mortgage & empowering the broader team to grow and drive partnership value.
• Experience presenting and communicating directly to a key decision maker at the senior executive levels (CEO, CFO, Head of HR/Benefits).
• Having the versatility to present to large groups onsite or through virtual methods, you can engage and influence the target audience with ease.
