Westpac is seeking a Business Manager within the DDAI, Business and Wealth space to partner with the GM and leadership team. You will coordinate financial, workforce and risk activities while driving executive communications and reporting.

The role supports strategic direction, governance and the operating rhythm required to deliver outcomes across divisions. You will lead with a strong commercial mindset, engage multiple stakeholders, and guide teams through complex deliverables and governance

Qualifications

• Experience with stakeholder engagement and strong commercial and financial judgment.
• Ability to influence without formal authority across leadership levels.
• Experience guiding technical teams with diverse deliverables and governance processes.
