Minor Hotels ANZ is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - MICE to drive corporate, meetings, incentives, conferences and events growth across Australia. You will lead revenue generation, secure new opportunities and cultivate long-term client partnerships.

Working with the Commercial and Operations teams, you’ll identify opportunities, manage key accounts, conduct client meetings and site visits, and negotiate contracts to secure group bookings.

Qualifikationen

• Hospitality sales experience within MICE or corporate markets.
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow key accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
• Passion for hospitality, events and creating exceptional client experiences.

Aufgaben

• Drive corporate and MICE revenue growth through proactive sales activity.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners and industry partners.
• Grow existing accounts and maximise repeat business.
• Conduct client meetings, site inspections and familiarisation visits.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and secure group bookings and events.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
