Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Corporate Communications Lead to drive high‑quality communications across the business. You will lead a small team, transform business priorities into clear messaging, and work with stakeholders to deliver campaigns, content and events that inform and engage across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in corporate communications, ideally in ASX-listed, engineering, resources, energy or industrial environment.
• Experience leading people or coordinating a team, with the ability to set priorities and maintain momentum.
• Outstanding writing, editing and editorial judgement, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, audience-focused messaging.
• Proven ownership from brief through to delivery, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience delivering communication plans, employee campaigns, digital content, organisational change communications and major corporate events.
• Practical, solutions-focused approach and ability to bring people together to deliver initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day workflow of the corporate communications team, providing direction and support, managing priorities and ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate the corporate communications program with the Group Manager to support business priorities and corporate initiatives.
• Develop, write and edit high-quality communications including executive messages, articles, presentations and briefing materials.
• Build trusted relationships across the business and provide practical communications advice to leaders and corporate functions.
• Lead employee communications and engagement across culture, community investment, sustainability, diversity and inclusion.
• Coordinate design and content across channels to engage audiences and maintain on-brand outputs.
• Contribute to corporate and shareholder communications, including annual and sustainability reporting.
• Plan and deliver corporate and employee events, including leadership forums, roadshows and celebrations.
• Maintain high editorial and brand standards and use feedback to improve effectiveness.
