Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a proactive Community Engagement Adviser to help deliver community investment, employee engagement and inclusion initiatives across our Australian operations. You will partner with regional teams to understand local needs, build relationships with community partners, coordinate grants and events, and develop compelling communications that showcase the impact of our programs.

Qualifications

Qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Community Development, Events or related discipline.
Experience in community engagement, communications, events, partnerships, sponsorships, grants administration or a related role.
Strong organisational and multi‑tasking abilities with clear written and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

Build community connections with regional operations to understand local priorities and opportunities.
Coordinate community partnerships, grants, sponsorships and donations, including applications, approvals, admin and reporting.
Support employee engagement and inclusion initiatives across the business.
Develop engaging content for internal and external channels to share stories and outcomes.
Plan and deliver community and employee events from planning through to delivery.
Maintain accurate records and provide updates and reports on activities and outcomes.
