Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a proactive Community Engagement Adviser to deliver community investment, employee engagement and inclusion initiatives. In this hands-on role, you will coordinate grants, events and communications, partnering with regional operations to support local communities and share stories of impact.

You'll work within the Corporate Communications team to develop engaging content, report on outcomes, and drive inclusive events that strengthen connections across the business.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Community Development, Events or related discipline.
• Experience in community engagement, communications, events, partnerships, sponsorships, grants administration or related role.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to create engaging content for different audiences.
• Strong administration and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Confidence working with stakeholders across roles, locations and levels of organisation.

Due to internal progression, we are seeking a proactive and organised Community Engagement Adviser to deliver Monadelphous' community investment, employee engagement and inclusion initiatives.

This hands-on role combines community engagement, program coordination, communications and events. You will partner with regional operations to support local communities, coordinate grants and donations, deliver events, and share stories that showcase our impact.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, drives outcomes and thrives on building relationships, coordinating stakeholders and turning ideas into action. As part of our Corporate Communications team, you will play a key role in strengthening community connections and employee engagement across the business. You'll develop engaging communications that showcase program outcomes, prepare reports and updates for stakeholders, and coordinate inclusive events and engagement activities that strengthen employee connection and bring our diversity and inclusion commitments to life.

About the Candidate

• We're looking for an organized, articulate problem solver who takes complete ownership of projects from start to finish - corporate strategy experience is not mandatory
• A qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Community Development, Events or a related discipline.
• Experience in community engagement, communications, events, partnerships, sponsorships, grants administration or a related role.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to create engaging content for different audiences.
• Strong administration and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence working with stakeholders across different roles, locations and levels of an organisation.
• Experience coordinating projects, events or programs involving multiple stakeholders.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and Excel.
• An interest in community investment, social impact, diversity and inclusion, or employee engagement
