Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a proactive Community Engagement Adviser to deliver community investment, employee engagement and inclusion initiatives. In this hands-on role, you will coordinate grants, events and communications, partnering with regional operations to support local communities and share stories of impact.

You'll work within the Corporate Communications team to develop engaging content, report on outcomes, and drive inclusive events that strengthen connections across the business.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Community Development, Events or related discipline.
• Experience in community engagement, communications, events, partnerships, sponsorships, grants administration or related role.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to create engaging content for different audiences.
• Strong administration and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Confidence working with stakeholders across roles, locations and levels of organisation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver community engagement, program coordination, communications and events.
• Partner with regional operations to support local communities, coordinate grants and donations, deliver events and share impact stories.
• Develop engaging communications that showcase program outcomes and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate inclusive events and engagement activities to strengthen employee connection and diversity and inclusion commitments.
