Job summary

The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water in Parramatta is seeking a highly organised Coordination & Planning Officer. This full-time role supports the Leadership Team with strategic coordination, business management and executive support to drive division priorities.

You will manage workforce planning, coordinate briefings and correspondence, liaise with business units and ministerial services, and help deliver high-quality responses in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating division-wide projects, events or initiatives.
• Experience supporting senior staff with planning, reporting and procurement is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
