CGC Recruitment in Perth is seeking a Senior Commercial & Contracts Advisor for a permanent role in civil construction and related sectors.

You will lead contract reviews, governance, and strategic partnerships, reporting to the Head of Commercial, with exposure to executive leadership.

This senior, office-based position offers a base salary of 130,000–140,000 AUD plus super and benefits, with opportunities for broad commercial impact.

Competenze

Experience in commercial advisory, contracts, governance, or similar roles.
Ability to review and coordinate commercial contracts and agreements.
Strong understanding of contractual risk and governance processes.

Mansioni

Review, draft and coordinate client, subcontract, supplier, and service contracts.
Support commercial reviews, negotiations and risk assessments.
Maintain contract, risk, and obligations registers and tracking.
Support governance, approvals workflows and delegated authority processes.
Coordinate JV arrangements, MOUs and strategic partnerships.
Prepare commercial reports and executive briefing papers.
Monitor actions and deliverables, ensure timely follow-up.
Coordinate external legal advisors and consultants as needed.
Assist with commercial property leases, budgeting and business improvement.
Identify risks and opportunities and escalate to senior leadership.
