CGC Recruitment is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator for a major water infrastructure project in the Goldfields region of Western Australia. The role covers commercial management, contract compliance and relations with clients and subcontractors on a large-scale civil program.

The position involves head and subcontractor contract governance, variations/claims, procurement negotiations and cost forecasting, with a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth and a $150k-$180k salary plus super and 30% site

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Contracts Administrator on major Australian construction projects.
• Experience managing complex civil, infrastructure, water, mining or resources contracts.
• Strong knowledge of AS contracts and commercial processes.
• Demonstrated experience with variations, claims, EOTs and commercial negotiations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Australian major-project construction experience.
