Accor's Pullman Sydney Airport in Mascot is seeking a Conference & Events Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team on a full-time basis. You will coordinate conferences, meetings and events from enquiry to delivery, working with clients and operations to ensure precision and an exceptional guest experience.

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the role focuses on smooth logistics, timely quotations, contracts and event orders to convert enquiries into successful business.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating conferences, meetings and events.
• Ability to prepare quotes and contracts.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate conference and event enquiries from initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, BEOs and client correspondence.
• Assist with converting enquiries into confirmed business.
• Coordinate all event logistics and communicate requirements with operational departments.
