Morgan McKinley is seeking a commercially focused finance professional to join our Melbourne team as FP&A / Finance Business Partner. You will drive financial performance and provide commercial insights to support strategic decisions across a regional business.

You will build models, support budgeting and forecasting, and partner with senior leaders to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A or finance business partner role.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to translate financial data into insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to support strategy and performance.
• Lead monthly financial reporting with insights into profitability.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning.
• Develop financial models and business cases for initiatives.
• Analyse revenue, costs and profitability for growth opportunities.
• Review reporting processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Prepare financial presentations for senior leadership.
• Build relationships and translate financial data into actionable insights.
