Brennan is seeking a Sydney-based Commercial Finance Manager to lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, partnering with senior leaders to drive commercial decisions. You'll turn financial insight into action, build models and scenarios, and champion data, automation and AI-enabled tools to reduce manual work while improving insights across the business.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics or related field.
• CA or CPA qualification is highly regarded.
• Strong FP&A and business partnering experience.

Responsabilités

• Partner with senior leaders to provide commercial insight and support decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis; explain why performance changes.
• Build financial models and scenarios to support investments and growth.
• Improve reporting, dashboards, and use automation/AI-enabled tools.
