Job summary

DXC Technology in Sydney seeks a Commercial & Account Operations Manager to lead commercial and operational management across multiple client contracts. You will partner with Client Partner and leadership to drive governance, performance visibility, and commercial outcomes.

The role covers pricing, renewals, invoicing, forecasts, and cross-functional coordination with Finance, Sales, Delivery and PMO to ensure contractual commitments are met.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, IT, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in account/commercial management, contract management, PMO, finance or business operations, ideally in complex IT/services.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including forecasting, invoicing and margin management.
• Experience with contracts, pricing changes, renewals or change control.

Responsibilities

• Governance and Account Operations: coordinate governance, reporting and performance tracking across contracts.
• Client and Stakeholder Management: build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders; resolve issues.
• Financial and Commercial Management: support revenue, costs, cash flow, invoicing and margins; manage forecasts and risks.
