Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an Account Business Manager to drive governance, financial performance and operational excellence across a client portfolio in Australia. You will collaborate with the Client Partner, Client Success Manager and broader account leadership to ensure contracts are fulfilled and value is delivered.

You will coordinate across Finance, Sales, Delivery and PMO to manage risks, forecast revenue, support pricing changes and deliver measurable outcomes for complex IT services

Qualifications

• A university qualification in Business, IT or Finance or equivalent experience.
• At least five years in account management, commercial or contract management, PMO, finance or business operations.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including P&L, revenue forecasting, cash flow and margins.
• Experience with contracts, interpreting obligations and pricing changes.
• Strong governance, organization and problem-solving skills to manage priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions.

Responsibilities

• Governance and Account Operations across multiple contracts and reporting.
• Manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Delivery, PMO.
• Support account financial performance including budgets, forecasts, invoicing and margins.
• Support account planning, KPIs, and performance reviews with leadership.
• Assist sales pursuits, renewals and transition of signed deals into delivery.
