Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced Senior Product Leader to drive the strategic evolution of cloud-native products. You will own market insights, define the product vision, and lead a team of Product Owners and analysts while partnering across engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver transformation initiatives.

The role emphasizes capabilities in data analytics, commercial modelling, and KPI-driven performance in a hybrid work setting, with exposure to health insurance and various UST

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of product management in a product-led organization.
• Proven focus on Technology, Financial Services, or Data & Analytics sectors.
• Demonstrated product delivery and execution skills, especially with product transformation or complex development initiatives.
• Experience leading product management teams or mentoring junior product managers.
• Foundational experience writing detailed product requirements and understanding of commercial models.
• Proficiency with product management tools (Aha, JIRA, Figma, or similar).
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and cloud technology fundamentals.
• Ability to understand technical architecture and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Experience with data analytics and metrics-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic evolution and enhancement of existing products onto cloud-native platforms.
• Own market and customer understanding for product development and identify opportunities through segmentation and competitive analysis.
• Articulate a clear product vision aligned with corporate goals and set roadmaps for stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Owners and analysts; drive performance and development.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, sales, marketing and customer success.
• Define KPIs, monitor product performance, and generate leadership insights.
• Create compelling business cases and define product roadmaps for future capabilities.
• Drive product transformation initiatives and complex development programmes.
