Job summary

Fyndr Group in Sydney seeks a senior Product leader to own the roadmap for a mature enterprise SaaS platform used by leading insurers. You will work directly with the CEO to translate strategy into execution, balancing customer needs with long-term product thinking while partnering with Engineering, Delivery and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Experience owning product strategy and roadmaps for complex software platforms.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS and scalable platform design.
• Ability to work closely with Engineering on technical product decisions.
• Strong commercial judgement and prioritise long-term product outcomes.
• Experience influencing executives and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the product roadmap for a complex enterprise SaaS platform.
• Translate business strategy into clear product priorities and platform capabilities.
• Partner with Engineering to shape platform architecture and ensure new capabilities are scalable and reusable.
• Balance customer requirements with long-term product strategy and commercial objectives.
• Align Product, Engineering, Delivery and Commercial teams around a shared roadmap.
• Influence executive decision making and play a key role in the future direction of the platform.
