Job summary

OpenText is seeking a Lead Cloud Applications Consultant to provide technical leadership for strategic OpenText Cloud customers. You will own the technical success journey, build trusted plans, and align architectural priorities with business outcomes.

You will collaborate with Cloud Operations, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive value and proactively mitigate risks. You will guide customers through upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle events, while acting as a trusted advisor

Qualifications

• Experience in technical consulting or cloud services with customer-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and deployment models.
• Proven ability to guide customers through complex lifecycle events.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical success journey for strategic cloud customers.
• Develop customer-specific technical success plans aligned to outcomes.
• Lead technical governance, actions, and risk mitigation with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional OpenText teams to drive priority outcomes.
• Provide expert guidance during incidents and complex escalations.
• Translate root cause analyses into preventive actions and knowledge.
• Drive upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning across cloud lifecycles.
