Job summary

UpGuard is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the strategy and long-range plan for a multi-squad portfolio. You will lead a high-performing team of Senior Product Managers and stay hands-on with your own squad of engineers and designers to drive outcomes.

You will partner with the CPO/VP Product on strategic decisions, balance investment across areas, and ensure products deliver revenue, engagement and retention while managing risk. This role offers remote work with global impact.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of B2B SaaS product management experience, including 3+ years directly managing product teams.
• Track record of owning strategy across multiple product areas and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience defining, driving and advocating for complex product initiatives.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving, collaborating with engineers and designers to create great user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and outcomes across a portfolio spanning multiple squads, accountable for customer, business and execution results.
• Nurture Senior Product Managers and maintain consistency in processes across squads.
• Resolve trade-offs and dependencies between squads that require cross-team coordination.
• Build the product narrative for your squads with oversight of revenue, engagement, retention and risk.
• Partner with CPO/VP Product on strategic product decisions.
